Matching Gifts
Matching gifts from corporations are a substantial and welcome way
for donors to help Frailty Myths obtain additional funds. Matching
gifts, directed for the same purpose as your gift, will be counted as a
contribution over and above your personal gift or pledge
payment. Depending on your employer, your gift could be matched 1:1,
2:1, and sometimes 3:1.
Please use the below search tool to see if your company will match
your donation and to access the forms, guidelines, and instructions that
you need to submit a matching gift.
The Development Office will verify the gift and form. The form will
then be returned to your company, which will then issue a matching gift
contribution to Frailty Myths. If you have already sent in a gift to Frailty Myths, but
forgot to complete a matching gift form, it’s not too late to send it
in. Simply send us your completed matching gift form along with the
approximate date and amount of your gift and we’ll do the rest!
